1. Preheat oven to 175 °C.
2. Flour and Grease your cupcake tins well.
3. With a wire whisk mix together the milk, flour, salt, thyme and the egg until well combined.
4. Add the Grates cheese and mix well.
5. Add the Vegetable and sausage and mix well.
